    Winnie the Pooh is one the world's most endearing and loved book characters! This Winnie the Pooh book bag features an original Disney hardcover, matched with a black, faux leather bag. The bag features a gorgeous black and gold shoulder chain, measuring 60 cms in length - this can easily be detached so you can mix up your look and carry with you instead. It also has a black tassel (gold-toned edging) and a gold zipper and slip pocket inside.  
     
    Due to the dimensions of the book, this is part of my slimline Book bag range. The bag will fit a thin notepad or cards/cash and mobile - but will not fit bulkier items like a wallet or purse. Please see the dimensions below for the sizing.

    Care and Instructions:
    To preserve the life of your unique book clutch, ensure that you avoid any water, spills or damp surfaces. The cover has been laminated inside and outside of the book – but treat your clutch in the same way that you would a beloved and treasured book ( with lots of love and care!). 
     
    About Bookanook Studio:
    Your book clutch has been handmade with love from my studio on the Central Coast of NSW. All books are sourced from second hand stores and pre-loved shops – so no new or unread books are damaged in the process. Yay to that! Clutches (unless specified in the description above) are also sourced from pre-loved stores and upcycled – part of the art of making a book clutch involves lovingly selecting clutches and purses that match the colour, theme and dimensions of the book. Please note: The upcycled purses/clutches and books may have minor flaws or imperfections consistent with their age, but this will not detract from their unique and beautiful, handmade look.
     
    Manuscripts of books are reused for art projects, book sculptures and scrap booking, so nothing goes to waste. My business philosophy is to recycle and reuse – and to ultimately transform unloved books into wearable pieces of art for book fans to enjoy. I hope you enjoy your book clutch and get as much satisfaction from showing it off as I do making them.

    • SHIPPING

      Processing times for your order are 1-3 business days. If you have selected Express Post delivery, expect to receive your order the next day ( although sometimes it can take a couple of days, according to Australia Post).

      If you have selected Standard Post, please allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery. These times may be longer during the Christmas period, so please allow enough time for your parcel to arrive - if in doubt select Express Post. I cannot be held responsible for any delays in the parcel arriving – but will endeavour to have your parcel processed and sent within 1-3 business days. 

      I am currently not shipping overseas due to high demand, but if you are an overseas buyer, please contact me and I can arrange a shipping quote for you.

    • REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

      Please ensure you choose your book clutch wisely, as I do not accept refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Feel free to send me a message if you have any queries before you make your purchase.

      If the item has a major fault, I will happily offer you an exchange or refund the book clutch price. For an exchange/refund in this instance, please notify me within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of delivery so I can promptly send back to you and have the matter rectified. Please note: You will be able to exchange your item with the available stock I have listed in my store.

      Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
